As the Director of Client Performance at Search Discovery, Evan LaPointe is focused on using web analytics to help businesses take a holistic, data-driven approach to managing their portfolio of web strategies.
Evan’s 15 years of hands-on experience developing, marketing, and improving web sites gives him the unique ability to approach web sites from a number of perspectives and work through any competing priorities to offer users the best experience possible, and businesses the best return possible. Evan is an active member of the web analytics community and a member and speaker for organizations like WAA, SEMPO, AiMA, and AMA. Evan writes for Search Engine Land’s “Analyze This” column and is the creator of Atlanta Analytics, a blog focused on translating web language into business language. Evan also manages the twitter feed @learnanalytics where people can have their web analytics questions answered for free, and is a contributor on the Google Analytics help forums.

Emer Kirrane manages a team of web analytics specialists at Yahoo! Web Analytics (YWA), and is focused on evangelizing the product applications and encouraging customers to ask “Why”?. Emer is a WAA-Certified Web Analyst and is actively involved in the web analytics community while living in Budapest, Hungary - organizing Web Analytics Wednesdays and acting as a Community Liaison in the non-profit endeavor, the Analysis Exchange. She has profiled over 60 industry stars on her blog Crepuscular Light and is studying for an MBA when not becoming obsessed with “What if…” questions and potato-based foods.

John Pestana is the Co-Founder of Omniture, a web analytics firm based in Orem, Utah. John helped build and grow Omniture to company of over 1200 employees. Omniture grew from a student run business to a world-wide, publicly traded company in 2006. Omniture was sold to software giant Adobe for 1.8 Billion dollars in November of 2009.
John is an alumni of Brigham Young University, where he has received numerous awards, including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Decade by the Brigham Young University center for Entrepreneurship. He is a platinum founder of the Marriot School Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology.

- Senior Partner - Web Analytics Demystified
John Lovett is a long time industry analyst and measurer of all things digital. Since 1993, Lovett has been exploring opportunities in digital marketing and deconstructing web sites with all his might. Recently, he’s supporting clients at Web Analytics Demystified with strategic guidance and promoting his new book, Social Media Metrics Secrets (Wiley 2011). A frequent speaker at industry events, Lovett is often called upon to pontificate about big data, building a cultures of measurement, social media metrics, and matters of consumer privacy. Lovett is currently the Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Web Analytics Association (WAA) and is a Certified Web Analyst. He lives in New Hampshire with his wife, yellow lab, and three boys.

Michele Hinojosa is a self-confessed analytics geek. She is currently the Director of Digital Analytics at Red Door Interactive, and was previously the Manager of Web Analytics for Kelley Blue Book. Michele holds degrees in Law and Psychology from the University of Melbourne (Australia) but is currently located in Southern California. As a certified group fitness instructor, she is as fanatical about Les Mills group fitness programs and cycling as she is about data.

His expertise ranges from web analytics, cross channel customer attribution, conversion optimization and multifaceted personalization. Lee is also well rounded in multi-channel execution strategies and tactics, leveraging enterprise data warehouse integrations to blend online and offline information to create a truly holistic, customer centric, marketing platform.

Matthew Wright is Chief of Operations and Technology at Keystone Solutions. He coordinates execution across all of Keystone’s client portfolio and works extensively with the Technology Solutions Group at Keystone designing new analytics products. Matthew holds a BS in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
